Rally DetailWhat do you come to Rally's for?Great rides, fantastic music, meet new friends, see some old friends, eat some good food, all of these are reasons to come to the 2012 KS HOG Rally. But, why come to the 2012 Kansas State HOG Rally? We have some great rides planned for you to venture out on. Here is a list of the rides (keep in mind, they are subject to change)(look at the "rides" tab for more details): - Double Dam Ride (see Milford and Tuttle Creek Dam's) - Casino Fun Ride - Historic Fort Riley (Home of the Big Red One)(Guided and Self-Guided Ride) - Dwight D. Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum of the 34th President of the United States. - Belleville Boyer Exhibit (250 miles round trip ride) - Rolling through the Beautiful Flinthills - Lindsborg and Marquette -Kansas Motorcycle Museum - Alma - known for their cheese - Wamego - Oz Museum, Columbian Theater and Wineries. - Over J-Hill Flinthills Ride We are looking for someone (National Member and paid rally attendee) to sing the National Anthem at our opening ceremonies. If you are interested, please email a demo to brecidj@msn.com and our committee will make a selection. Kansas Chapter Challenge. The Kansas Chapter that has the greatest number of registered attendees will be awarded a plague at the closing ceremonies. Thursday Night - May 31st there will be food provided by the Geary County Convention and Visitors Bureau and later in the evening hamburgers and hotdogs prepared by the Local HOG Chapter 1508 for a fee of $5.00. Upon arrival, let us take a picture of your "Tattoo" and place it on the "Wall of Ink" at City Cycle Sales Harley Davidson. Picture taking ends on Saturday at 1100. Friday Night - is the City Cycle Sales Harley Davidson Dealership Party. We have Bike Games scheduled for Friday. We have Bingo planned for Friday night and Texas Holdem' planned for Saturday night. We have Movies planned for Thursday and Friday night. Saturday - parade of bikes through the area at 4 p.m. with line up at 3:30 p.m. Rally culminating with closing ceremonies on Saturday Night: with music provided by Burning Sky Band and food prepared by (to be announced later). So, as you can see, we really have a lot of great rides planned for you and many activities to entertain everyone that attends. See schedule for more information.
