Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do I need to pre-register?
A. Absolutely! It will be less time consuming for you, and the more pre-registrants we have, the better we can plan for the Rally and the more we can offer!

Watch website for special awards for early registration.
Q. Can I still register after the on-line pre-registration date ends?
A. Yes, you will be able to register on-site and you can download the registration form and mail it in.
Q. Do I need to bring my confirmation card to the rally?
A. Although it is not absolutely necessary, you will be expedited through check-in if you have it with you!
Q. What happens if I lose my confirmation card?
A. You will need to have your H.O.G. membership card/number and a valid photo ID. Registration staff will be able to verify your pre-registration; however, this will cause a delay in your check-in.
Q. Who can attend the Rally?
A. H.O.G. members and associate members only and one guest per member/associate. Bring a guest, we want as many people to attend as possible.
Q. What if I have renewed my H.O.G. membership but have not received an updated membership card yet.
A. Bring your membership number and photo ID - we will be able to verify and/or renew through the registration process.
Q. What if I cannot use a credit card online to pre-register?
A. You can fill out your registration form from this website, print and mail it along with a check or money order to the address on the form. All entries must be post marked by the online registration deadline of April 12, 2012. Mail in registrations go to the Junction City address.
Q. Will credit cards be accepted for on-site registration/purchases?
A. Cash or Check are the accepted methods of payment. To accommodate you, there will be an ATM on-site as well.
Q. Is it safe to register online with a credit card?
A. YES, by all means, and is preferred. H.O.G. uses VeriSign to validate the security of the registration process.
Q. Does everyone need to wear a wristband?
A. YES. Everyone (members and guests) must wear a wristband. It is a requirement to get into any rally event. You will receive the wristband when you check in.
Q. Do volunteers have to pay to get into the Rally?
A. YES! Everyone pays, even the event committee and staff have to pay. It helps make the entire event affordable for all attendees.
Q. Does Kansas have a helmet law?
